Caroline Teycheney, committed to organic and biodynamic viticulture, offers you two high-end wine estates: Château Fleur de Lisse and Château L’Etampe. Our team will provide tailored offers to meet your needs and assist you in organizing your meetings, seminars, and events.
CHÂTEAU FLEUR DE LISSE
The winery at Château Fleur de Lisse bears the hallmark of our family heritage. Inaugurated at the end of 2021 after three years of construction, the 115-meter-long building exemplifies the perfect synergy between heritage rehabilitation and contemporary architecture. Today, it houses not only the production facility for our Saint-Emilion Grand Cru wines but also spaces dedicated to the art of living: Versailles parquet, moldings, a fireplace, and designer furniture lend a unique charm to your events. In this refined and welcoming setting, designed to offer a variety of experiences, we are pleased to host your seminars and events.
AVAILABLE SPACES
Maximum Capacity: 400 people.
FIRST FLOOR
DINING ROOM: Equipped with high-end tools, it combines the functions of a workspace and dining room, ideal for teams of 6 to 14 people.
LOUNGE: Comfortable sofas around a stone fireplace, perfect for breaks, private conversations, or small group work. This space is connected to the multipurpose room.
KITCHEN: The kitchen, equipped with Miele appliances (wide-opening oven, steam/microwave combo oven, warming drawer, coffee machine), can accommodate up to 8 people for friendly lunches or cooking classes.
GROUND FLOOR
TASTING ROOM: Located on the ground floor, it can be privatized for informal events of up to 40 people (product presentations, client relations, cocktails, etc.).
THE VAT ROOM: An elegant and spacious production area, ideal for banquets or conferences.
HARVEST HALL AND TERRACES: Semi-enclosed with a terrace and relaxation areas including a pétanque court, perfect for various events. For larger gatherings, an outdoor tent can accommodate up to 400 people (not available from August to December).
GARDEN AND PETANQUE COURT: Available for convivial events during the nice season.
FLEXIBILITY & PRIVITIZATION
The entire Château adapts to diverse and original events. Total privatization is also possible to ensure the exclusivity of your event.

CHÂTEAU L'ÉTAMPE
Located a few kilometers from Saint-Emilion and neighboring the prestigious Château Figeac, Château Cheval Blanc, and Château Montlabert, Château L'Etampe has recently completed its renovation. This 2-hectare biodynamic and organic wine estate now features cellars transformed into stunning enfilade meeting and reception spaces. The mansion, with its garden, terrace, and pool, offers a luxurious setting for your professional meetings, combining work, discovery, and relaxation. We will be delighted to welcome you to this peaceful, refined, and exclusive location.

Maximum Capacity: 49 people
GARDEN SIDE: The 72 m² meeting room, with dual access, features a ramp for accessibility and equipment transport. Folding rectangular tables and comfortable chairs can accommodate up to 49 people, with various configurations (U-shape, rows, conference style).
TERRACE SIDE: The 85 m² dining room, with large glass openings, is visually connected to the meeting room. Linked to the catering area, it opens onto a terrace with a pool. Rectangular tables can host up to 49 guests in banquet style. The terrace can also be set up with standing tables for outdoor cocktails.
THE KEYS OF THE CHATEAU: Château L’Etampe is available for full privatization. Become the sole master of this superb Gironde house and its 2 hectares of vineyards. For a day, a week, a month... this Château is yours to host in an enchanting setting. > STAY
