Yves Beck – Château Fleur de Lisse 2016

Château Fleur de Lisse – 2016

Garnet red with light purple hues. Very inviting this bouquet with its hints of blueberries and its freshness. Black pepper touch. With a little airing the nose becomes more complex and I get a smell of cherries and grenadine. On the palate, the wine is elegant, silky and balanced. It has a nice tension that increases in amplitude over the minutes. Add freshness and chalky notes. Finally, tannins appear late at the end of the mouth. They have a fine grain and have the power to thwart the liveliness and tension of the structure. Fruity and persistent finish. What a magnificent success. The oenologist-consultant is a certain Jean-François Berrouet … I think I know him !
