Château Fleur de Lisse 2016 – Saint Emilion Grand Cru
The nose is fruity and offers juiciness as welt as a small power. lt reveals notes of blueberry and small notes of red berries, strawberry, violet combined with discreet hints of Zan, sweet spices as well as an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a beautiful suavity, elegance, gourmandise, a good definition, a slight acidulous frame as well as minerality. On the patate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of red berries, wild red fruits associated with small hints of flowers (violet, cornflowers), licorice as well as discreet hints of Sichuan pepper, a very discreet hint of coffee and a very discreet toasted hint / caramelization. Tannins are slightly firm.
