Area planted – 1.83 Hectares

Type of soils – the terroir lies on sandy-siliceous Plio-Quaternary alluvium.

Grape varieties – 78% Merlot – 22% Cabernet Franc

Average age of vines – 30 years

Plantation density – 5,500 vines per hectare

Growing methods – double guyot pruning, “four days” working methods, cereal sowings between rows, organic compost, disbudding, green harvesting, fleshing.

Vinification – Harvesting by plot – selective sorting – destemming – non-pressed. Vinification in temperature-regulated stainless steel vats.

Ageing – 18 months in French oak barrels of 225 litres (30% new)
